We are delighted to have taken over the running of the three GP practices and services previously managed by Salford Health Matters.
From April 1st, 2018 we are responsible for:
-Salford Primary Care Together (Eccles)
– Salford Primary Care Together (Little Hulton)
-Salford Primary Care Together (Willow Tree)
-Salford Primary Care Together (Homeless service)
Patients at the practices can expect to receive the same high standards of care and patient experience and access their GP practice/service in the same way. Opening times and the way patients book appointments will stay the same and patients will continue to be cared for by the same teams at their practice.
Dr Neil Turton, Chief Executive Officer at Salford Primary Care Together, said: “The practices and other services are fantastic and have a very bright future ahead of them. We will build on the high standards of care that Salford Health Matters have already created so that patients keep on seeing improvements.”
The care and treatment of patients using the practices and homeless service will not be affected – but if patients do have any questions, then can speak to any member of staff.
