We are proud to serve 20,000 patients across Eccles, Little Hulton, Charlestown and Lower Kersal via our three practices of Salford Primary Care Together (Eccles), Salford Primary Care Together (Little Hulton) and Salford Primary Care Together (Willow Tree). We also run the Inclusion Service.

Registering with one of our practices

You can come in to one of our practices where our reception team will be able to assist you to register. You will be required to fill out a form, including a patient questionnaire about your medical history. It would be really helpful for reception staff, if you could bring some identification when you come in to register. All our premises are accessible for people who have disabilities.

Booking appointments

For any of our practices, you can contact the Central Hub for appointment bookings and enquiries on 0161 983 0600. Telephone lines are open between 08:00 and 18:30 Monday – Friday. We offer on the day and pre-bookable appointments. To book a routine appointment, patients can use our online appointment booking services click here.

You can also use online services to order repeat prescriptions and access your medical records. For more information about online services, speak to a member of the practice reception team.

Care Navigation

When you ring our practices to book an appointment, a member of the reception team may ask you a couple of questions about your needs to ensure you can get an appointment with the health professional most suited to your needs. This is called Care Navigation and you can find out more about this here.

Evening and Weekend appointments

Salford Primary Care Together runs the Salford Wide Extended Access Pilot. This means our GP practices are able to offer patients appointments later into the evening and on a Saturday or Sunday morning. The appointments are held at Pendleton Gateway, Eccles Gateway, Swinton Gateway, Walkden Gateway and Newbury Place Health Centre. Patients book these appointments in the normal way via their practice reception team.

Out of Hours

If you are worried about an urgent medical concern outside of opening hours, you can call 111, to speak to a fully trained adviser.
