We are here to put general practice at the heart of integrated care in Salford
We have outstanding health and social care services in Salford but local people have told us they would like to see people involved in their care working more closely together. We are supporting all the city’s practices to work more closely together in five neighbourhoods - Broughton, Eccles and Irlam, Little Hulton and Walkden, Ordsall and Claremont and Swinton.
