Salford Primary Care together is a community interest company with all GP practices in Salford as its members. Our aim to is to work with our members and other partners to ensure general practice is at the heart of joined up care in Salford.

In partnership with others, we want to ensure that we advocate for

• Improving access to healthcare for patients.
• Working towards minimising health inequalities across the city.
• Protecting the current model of General Practice and ensuring it remains strong and sustainable.

As a membership organisation we value strong relationships, collaboration and innovation to ensure that we work together to achieve our combined goals and objectives.

We also recognise the growing influence Primary Care Networks as they become more established and the key role, they play in supporting their local practices and population. We want to play a supportive role where we can.

As a community interest company – we are also committed to investing in general practice to help improve the health and wellbeing of the people of Salford and look forward to dedicating our resources towards this.
